Ayush Rajani

Ayush Rajani has over 6 years experience in the fields of Transfer Pricing and International Tax. He is a Senior manager with the Firm’s Transfer Pricing team and is based out of Mumbai.
Over the past years, Ayush has provided transfer pricing services to leading multinationals across a range of industries such as Software and ITES, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical, Hospitality, Manufacturing and more. He is actively involved in transfer pricing planning and documentation projects to determine arm’s length compensation for transfer of property and services and profit attribution reports.
Ayush has been providing litigation support in substantial intercompany pricing cases and has assisted in representing leading transnational companies at the field level as well as higher appellate levels (upto the High Court) on complex cross-border taxation and transfer pricing issues. He has also assisted multinationals in resolving disputes through alternate dispute resolution mechanisms and has been part of team working on DRP/MAP/APA.
He is a Fellow member of the Institute of of India. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He previously was part of a Deloitte’s Tax and Transfer Pricing team.
