Vipin Mangla has a Masters in Business Administration from S.P.Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, along with holding a specialized study on Food Processing Technology from Delhi College of Engineering. Bachelors in Commerce (H) from Delhi University.

Vipin Mangla’s career spans in merger and acquisitions and capital formation as well as executive level operational, advisory, and transactional responsibility in public and private companies.

He is regularly acknowledged for his innovative insights and ability to formulate timely and valuable strategies for mergers, acquisitions, products, markets, and partnerships with particular emphasis on breakthrough ideas. For more than eight years, he has worked with early-stage organizations and Fortune 500 companies, and has raised capital, led the development of pioneering products, created and executed rational “go-to-market” plans, and woven together meaningful business partnerships.
He has also been a speaker at conferences on the Need for Inorganic Growth Strategy in Family Managed Business Interface.
