Sr. Associate – Investment Banking

Roles & Requirements:

  • Candidate will be working in the front-end investment banking domain
  • Analysis of financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement (incl. Free cash flow, funds from operations) of public and private companies
  • Strong understanding of calculating IRR & valuation approaches (Income/Market Approach) and techniques like DCF, Transaction comparable, Trading multiples etc
  • Detailed preparation of Information Memorandum, Teasers, Financial Models, company profiles, Investor profiling, Industry research, Transaction analysis & strategic presentations
  • Assisting organizations in Growth Strategy, Management Consulting, Organic Expansion strategy etc
  • Conduct extensive market & industry research

Qualification:

  • Chartered Accountant – fresher having Articleship experience from Big4’s with in corporate finance / transaction advisory services
  • CFA L1/L2 completed with experience of working in Corporate Finance role or Core Investment banking firm for about 1 year
  • MBA from Tier 2 College with experience of working in Corporate Finance role or Core Investment banking firm for about 1 year

Note:

  • Good in Spoken & Written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Candidate having core experience in the investment banking domain with hands-on experience on financial modelling, teasers, information memorandum & financial research is preferable.
