Ajay Dogra

Ajay Dogra is currently working as Director with Government and Public Advisory. He has 25 years of experience in dealing with various government, public sector and international organisations. He has been a diplomat with United Nations and worked closely on international relations, finance, capacity building, training and guidance with 37 nations. He handled projects worth INR 45,000 crores with Defence Research Development Organisation in Aerospace & Defence domain. He looked after international cooperation, human resource and multiple other projects while working with Ministry of Defence in collaboration with Ministry of External Affairs. He worked as a peacekeeper and UN representative on Africa and has close contacts in African Union.

Ajay has four masters to his credit including Masters in Finance & Marketing from Indian School of Business, HRM from Jamia Milia and International relations from Chennai University. He holds both diploma and masters in weapons technology. He has multiple other certifications like PMP, APMP, Lean Six Sigma black belt, Scrum and Generative AI. He is an expert in Business Project Management, Financial Management, HR and Operations.

Ajay is passionate about sports and has been a mentor and instructor both with Indian Army and United Nations. He has published two books on education – ‘Find Your Future’ and ‘Learning to Unlearn’. He loves travelling golf and trekking.
