Indian subsidiaries of multinational entities get more time to file ‘country-by-country’ reports – Nitin Narang
The India-Hong Kong DTAA was signed on March 19 this year and came into force on November 30 after the governments of India and Hong Kong completed the relevant procedures required by their laws. Now, the Indian government on December 21 notified the DTAA, giving effect to the provisions of the tax treaty throughout the country.
