Nangia Andersen LLP acted as a strategic advisor, in their role as a knowledge partner for Schneider Electric India to neutralize the carbon emission for May 11, 2022 cricket match for Rajasthan Royals.

It is the season’s first cricket match of the league to go green & sustainable by planting 17,000 fruit-bearing saplings of mango, jackfruit and jamun species across the country. This initiative will not only lead to carbon sequestration, of approximately 10,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide on account of the match but will also provide substantial economic benefits to the local communities over the entire lifespan of the trees for approx. 50 years.
