Mayank Arora
Director – Public Policy
Mayank Arora serves as a Director in Nangia Andersen’s Noida office. Mayank has over 15 years of experience in advising corporate and Government clients with respect to structuring investments, obtaining approvals and obtaining incentives – both central and state.
Over the years, Mayank has gained extensive experience in obtaining permission from the Government of India by MNCs and large domestic corporations across sectors such as electronics, telecommunications, medical devices, food, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, Oil & Gas NBFCs and insurance. In addition, Mayank has been assisting clients in obtaining their operational and statutory licenses & permissions from various Ministries and government departments.
Mayank has worked closely with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (‘MeitY’) as part of the Appraising team for M-SIPS and has also assisted clients with obtaining approval and disbursements under the Scheme. He has also helped MNC clients file applications under SPECS, PLI scheme for sectors such as electronics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food processing and telecom equipment.
Prior to joining Nangia Andersen, Mayank was working as the Manager for PwC’s Government and Public Services team. He was previously associated with KPMG and EY for over 5 years.
He is a Graduate in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA – Finance from Great Lakes Institute of Management.
