Sanjay is a Director in the Direct Taxes practice of the Firm in Bengaluru. Prior to his current role, Sanjay was associated with BDO and Grant Thornton with an overall experience of more than 14 years in handling corporate tax and regulatory matters.
Sanjay has been regularly providing Direct tax, international tax and Regulatory advisory and compliance services to corporate as well as non-corporate clients across various industries including IT/ITeS, manufacturing, extensively worked with and advised clients spanning Information Technology, manufacturing sectors with a work profile encompassing advisory on corporate taxes, international taxes, transaction taxes and on regulatory matters, assistance in compliance and litigation support.
In addition, Sanjay is equipped with knowledge and experience in transfer pricing and regulatory laws including FEMA, Companies Act, etc.
